What Support Covers

Technical support on the social network script and plugin (stable versions only):

  1. Installation
  2. Update
  3. Backup
  4. Problem investigation
  5. Problem solving recommendations
  6. Simple tips and suggestions for coding and designing
  7. Install/upgrade services for 3rd party templates/plugins are limited to a maximum of 3 times a month in any combination of quantities (based on your hosting plan)

What Support Does Not Cover

Technical support does not cover anything that is not related to the social network platform management/maintenance service like:

  1. 3rd party full-featured script installation
  2. Troubleshooting for fixing bugs
  3. Customization on PHP, HTML, Javascript, CSS, or any other source codes
  4. Beta or RC version testing
  5. Software development and testing
  6. Web design development and testing
  7. Content creating and submission
  8. Site content and member moderation
